1. Thank you for your order!
2. All changes to this order must be made within 24 hours.
3. Once the order is in process, we cannot cancel or make any changes.
WHAT TO EXPECT WITH YOUR ORDER
Your order will arrive in the showroom within 6-7 weeks. You will receive an email and/or text message requesting that you schedule an in-person order try-on appointment via our website or a phone call.
During your try on appointment, we will provide adjustments to the fit, as needed.
Note that when you order multiple items, or more than 4 shirts at once, our tailors will ship one item for the trial fitting. Once you are satisfied with the fit of the first garment, we will proceed with the balance of the order.
We keep your measurements and any changes to fit in our records, making the process more efficient for future orders. Note that once the garment is made, there will be NO REFUNDS. We will alter or replace if necessary.
We will also provide complimentary alterations for any custom garment you order for up to 6 months.

CARE FOR YOUR TAILORED MAN GARMENTS
- Wear your new suit a few times to allow it to mold to your body, contact us for any adjustments or alterations (complimentary for up to 6 months).
- Dry clean sparingly.
- Favor steaming over pressing.
