Customer Satisfaction Policy

1. Thank you for your custom-made order.
2. All changes to this order must be made within 3 business days by communicating using our online system (www.tailoredman.com).
3. Once the order is in process, we cannot cancel order, change fabric or style.

Customers in the US
When you order multiple items or more than 4 shirts for the first time, our tailors will ship one item to our store in McLean / Alexandria (based on where you placed the order) within 5 weeks for trial fitting. Once the garments arrive, you will be then informed via email to schedule an appointment for a fitting. Once you are satisfied with the fit of the first item, we will then advice our tailors in Hong Kong to proceed with the balance order. After hearing from us they will mail the balance order in 4 – 5 weeks.

For repeat customers, the entire order will be sent within 4 – 5 weeks; there will be no trial fitting unless specified.

We keep your measurements, and changes required, on our records, allowing you to make future orders without being measured each time. Once the garment is made there will be NO REFUNDS. We will alter, or even replace it if necessary.

Customers in Canada
Your order will arrive in 5/6 weeks in a package smaller than your expectations. Please have your garment(s) pressed in order to feel the proper fit of your garment. When you order multiple items or more than 4 shirts for the first time, our tailors will ship one item of each within 6 weeks for trial fitting.

If you are satisfied with the fit of the first item, please advise our tailors by logging onto to your account and sending us a message on the message board instructing us to proceed with the balance order.

After viewing your instructions on our message board, our tailors will mail the balance order in 5 weeks.

If your garments require any alterations, please take it to our local tailor to have it adjusted & we will reimburse you up to $75.

For charges over $75.00, we request that you get an authorization from us (goodfit@tailoredman.com) or wait until we come back to your area so we can refit the garment on you. In the rare case your suit is deemed to be unalterable, we will remake it for you. However, please let me know the alterations done on your garment so that I can correct my records for your future orders.
